I enjoyed working with Tim. I have a house in Costa Mesa we needed to move the garage forward,add two bathrooms and a 1000 sq. ft bedroom. We also changed out all the windows and doors. We needed to complete the project in three months. Tim was very busy everyday and we got it done. We love our new home. Thanks Tim for all the hard work.

My experience with Tim Shires Construction was extremely positive.Tim was the contractor on a additional/remodel to my house.The addition included a expansion to the family room.addition of a bathroom,and a 400 square.ft.covered patio. The remodel was to the remainder of the house including a new kitchen.The house was remodeled by the previous owners. The contractor did a poor job. Tim fixdd the mistakes the previous contractor made without changing extra. The kitchen turned out so beautiful that one of my friends hired Tim and almost copied my kitchen. If that does not speak to the quality of someone's work I don't know what does.My experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend Toma's he is a ethical and honest contractor.
